The article presents preliminary results of a survey conducted among building managers in Slovakia. The aim was to map the current level of use of building management systems and to identify practical requirements for improving existing platforms.
The survey focused on technical systems, operation and maintenance, assessment of the current state and preferences for modernization. For the InnovAIte project, the findings provide an initial overview of user needs and practical requirements relevant for the development of advanced digital building management solutions.
