AI Synergy: Connecting Research, Industry, and Regional Innovation

Proceedings of the 2nd InnovAIte Conference titled "AI Synergy: Connecting Research, Industry, and Regional Innovation," held on 29th April 2026 in Žilina, Slovakia. The volume contains 23 peer-reviewed contributions covering a wide range of AI-related topics including smart energy metering, computer vision, synthetic data generation, digital twins, medical imaging, software engineering, and public safety. Several contributions address the use of synthetic datasets for training AI models in domains such as autonomous driving, waste sorting, and soft target protection. All papers were reviewed by an international programme committee of 15 reviewers.
