The InnovAIte Slovakia project, a groundbreaking initiative funded under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) of the Slovak Republic, officially commenced with a successful Kick-off Conference hosted at the premises of the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (CVTI SR). This full-day event served as a foundational milestone for all project partners to align on goals, working structures, and collaboration modalities.
More than 60 attendees from the project consortium including representatives of research institutions, private companies, and public stakeholders gathered for interactive sessions, technical discussions, and networking.
The Kick-off event offered a comprehensive overview of the project’s structure, introducing participants to the work packages. Parallel expert workshops were held for each domain-specific work package, fostering in-depth discussions on research plans, pilot use cases, and collaboration models. Key project management rules, coordination tools (including MS Teams and JIRA), and international collaboration mechanisms were also presented. The Project Management Board and Scientific Council convened during the conference, establishing a shared vision for scientific supervision and long-term sustainability.
